About Breanne Harris

When I was a child and people asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up, I told them “I want to tell companies what they’re doing wrong. I’m good at it.” Therefore, management seemed like an obvious career path, but I decided on a different direction.

I entered the field of Industrial/Organizational Psychology to help organizations learn how to select the ideal employees and develop them into rock-stars. I received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Kansas and a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Missouri- St. Louis.

Today, I am the Solutions Architect for Pearson Talent Assessment. I work with our current and future customers to help them integrate scientific assessments into their selection, development, and training programs. Specifically, I focus on helping organizations develop great critical thinkers using Pearson’s RED Model of Critical Thinking, Watson-Glaser Critical Thinking Appraisal, Critical Thinking Boot Camp, and Critical Thinking University.

In addition, I drive the social media strategy for Pearson TalentLens and am the chief blogger for Critical-Thinkers.com. I regularly speak at at regional HR and OD associations, host webinars, and exhibit at major HR/Training conferences. Come meet me at SIOP, ASTD, and Linkage 2011.

Prior to joining Pearson, I was a Regional Consultant for CPP and wrote thembtiblog.com.
