Troy Gorostiza – Principal, Knowledge Stream
Troy is a consulting and learning solutions expert with over fourteen years of hands-on and management experience across multiple industries, specializing in solution consulting, Learning/Talent system selection and management, business development and custom development for ILT, eLearning, and performance support and mobile. He has significant experience leading web application and mobile development teams, developing for-profit customer facing eLearning programs, contract and proposal writing for custom mobile, learning and web applications. In addition, he is adept at recognizing industry trends and providing strategic direction for learning and marketing initiatives. Troy earned a B.S. in Instructional Technology – Multimedia from California State University, Chico.
John Reneski – Course Director, Full Sail University
John designs, implements, and teaches courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels at Full Sail University (courses include “Internet Marketing Research Strategies” and “Display Advertising and Excel & Data Reporting” at the undergraduate level and “Media, Literacy and Research” at the graduate level). John also serves as Director of Leadership & Development for the National Association of Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses. In this role, John has developed the IRS approved pedagogical approach for developing veterans, facilitated the creation of strategic and philosophical foundations for the organization, and designed course tracks, descriptions, and content. John earned an MBA with a concentration in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix and is expecting to earn a Doctorate in leadership and technology management during the spring of 2013.
Loretta Donovan – Executive, Organizational Learning & Leadership Development
Loretta is the Corporate Director of Organizational Leadership and Development at Health Quest Systems where she is responsible for strategic leadership for learning and performance management, succession planning, regulatory and clinical learning, and eLearning. Previously, Loretta was the Chief Learning Officer at St. Francis Hospital in New York and for the Girls Scouts of the USA. Loretta’s experience in Education includes providing overall direction, planning, and budgeting as the Director of Continuing Education at Marymount College in Tarrytown, New York. She has also been an adjunct instructor at the Teachers College of Columbia University and New York University’s School of Continuing & Professional Studies. Loretta is currently a Doctoral Candidate in the field of Adult and Organizational Learning at Columbia University.
