Floyd Saner, e-Learning Consultant

Floyd Saner has more than forty years of work experience that spans the fields of engineering, teaching, and administration. Since 2003, his work has focused on educational technology and online learning in a variety of settings.  Floyd’s background in technology and education enables him to address the full scope of online learning, including technical, pedagogical, and assessment perspectives.  He creates and teaches seminars on Web 2.0 technologies, online teaching, and the use of course management software. Floyd also organizes and runs the Midwest Moodle Moot, a conference focused on the Moodle learning management system. Floyd earned a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology.

Deirdre Wielgus, Services Operations Executive

Deirdre Wielgus is an effective Service Delivery & Operations Leader with extensive knowledge of both Professional Services and Managed Services within the Higher Education industry.  Most recently, Deirdre served as the VP Services Operations at Ellucian where she designed key metrics and dashboards and initiated cross-industry and best practice service delivery methodology. From 2002-2007, Deirdre served as the COO at IPR International, an industry leader in Managed Cloud Hosting, and Electronic Data Backup, and Recovery. Deirdre received a Bachelor’s of Art in Art History and Secondary Education from Boston College and later earned an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University.
